Audiolyze
Audiolyze processes audio locally on-device. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted. The app collects no personal data and uses no third-party trackers.
To analyze sound, Audiolyze requires microphone access, which iOS asks you to grant explicitly the first time you launch the app. The audio stream from the microphone is read into memory, transformed into the visualizations you see on screen, and then discarded. It never touches persistent storage and never leaves your device.
Settings you change inside Audiolyze (such as your preferred FFT size, visualization style, or calibration value) are saved locally on your device so the app remembers them between launches. These settings stay on your device and are not synced or transmitted.
This Website
Our website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics. We do not build profiles of visitors.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives standard request information (such as your IP address and user-agent string) when you load a page. This is used only to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse. We do not access this information for analytics or marketing.
Contact Form
If you send us a message through the contact form on this site, you provide your name, email address, subject, and message. We use this information only to reply to you and to respond to follow-up messages on the same topic.
The form is delivered to us by Cloudflare, our hosting and email provider, acting as our processor. We do not share contact-form submissions with anyone else, and we do not use them to build marketing lists.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for support and then delete it. If you would like us to delete a message you have sent us, email us and we will do so.
Children
Our apps are suitable for all ages and do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal data from app users, there is generally nothing to request, correct, or delete. For information you have voluntarily sent us through the contact form, you may ask us to provide a copy of it or delete it by emailing us at the address below.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we’ll note what changed near the top of the page.
